After five years in the movie business, Anushka Sharma has experienced all that Bollywood has to offer and it has made her the woman she is today. The stunner has always been slim, yet Anushka decided to shed some more weight to get into a bikini for Jab Tak Hai Jaan. She credits it all to her intense workout sessions. The actor, who will soon wear the hat of a producer for the film NH10, where she also plays the lead, shared some savvy fitness tips:
■ I do weight training four times a week to tone my body.
■ Yoga is a recent addition to my workout, as it rejuvenates my mind, and gives my skin that inner glow.
■Sufficient rest is also important for the body.
■ I love the tender coconut water.
■ I avoid coffee, because it does not suit me.
■ I am lucky not to have a sweet tooth and thus can avoid sinful chocolates.
■ I prefer to be a vegetarian, and is a selective non-vegetarian.
■ Diet includes fruits, green leafy vegetables and 2-3 litres of water every day. I eat in moderate proportions.

■ Eating right and healthy is a very important part of my wellness routine.
■ You have to make time to exercise, if you don’t have the time to exercise make sure to eat healthy food that is rich in protein and carbs.
■ Be yourself. Don’t fret over having a body like a star.
