Samsung unveils the new range of televisions

The tech major said the flagship Q-LED TVs comes with the ambient mode feature which allows the set to mimic the pattern on the wall.

CHENNAI: South Korean tech major Samsung, in a quest to take a bigger bite out of the premium television segment, announced the line-up of launches for the year ahead with its foot in the flagship Q-LED, UHD and the make for India ‘Concert’ series.

The company, which had earlier been the first to bring the curved TV to the domestic market, said the flagship Q-LED TVs comes with the ambient mode feature which allows the set to mimic the pattern on the wall and comes with a slew of other customisations and can be Internet of Things (IoT) enabled and can connect to other devices for syncing and sharing content.

Samsung also said that it is looking to expand its UHD line-up from 10 to 16 models this year.
