Lenovo Multi-Mode Wireless Mouse

N700 (Approx. Rs 3,000)

The N700 is the latest of the multi-mode wireless mice that Lenovo has been making for Windows. This model, announced at IFA and the winner of the Red Dot design award for 2013 is much more than a mouse. Capable of rotating 180-degrees and working in three different modes, the mouse does double duty as a laser pointer during presentations. The mouse has a touch-sensitive bar that recognises one-finger gestures. It connects to a computer running Windows 7/ Windows 8/Windows 8.1 using a nano-dongle which connects either through Bluetooth or through 2.4G wireless technology.

Logitech Touch Mouse T620 (Rs 3,738)

The Logitech Touch Mouse T620 is very attractive while at the same time managing to be well designed and being very good at what it is supposed to do. Using the full touch surface you get smooth and precise control and using its gesture control functionality along with specially designed shortcuts made to be used with Windows 8, the T620 works as a good mouse for any new Windows computer to which it connects using the advanced 2.4GHz wireless technology. The most attractive feature is in the usage of two AA batteries which Logitech says will last for six months on a single charge.

Evoluent Vertical Mouse 4 for Mac(Rs 6,300)

Apple’s magic mouse may be the best mouse available for OSX, but it can be very uncomfortable to use for longer durations. The ergonomically designed Vertical Mouse 4 from Evoluent is the answer. Made from at least 30% recycled materials, the mouse has easy-to-reach programmable buttons and pointer speed buttons which means you can do any task without having to change your grip. Top mounted LEDs act as indicators of pointer speed and low-battery. It works with a single AA battery.
