They are known for being calm stabilised and grounded. They exercise tremendous patience. However, they can tend to be slow, methodical and stuck in their ways as they can be very hedonistic, which makes exercising regularly and following diet plans difficult for them. Thus, slow and steady pace is right for them. They should do exercises such as yoga, which makes them feel connected to their body. Also, working out in nature makes them spiritually happy and content. A workout regime comprising burpees, push-ups, and planks while still connecting with the earth is the perfect balance for the persistent. These workouts have them rise with the sun, giving their day a rejuvenating start. Taureans also love sweets and rich foods, therefore eating in moderation will help them reach their goal.

People of this sun sign are tender beings, known for their perfectionism. However, they may feel easily discouraged if they don’t get results immediately. They are very strict and regimented and will not have too much trouble sticking to their routine. They will take the time to schedule and plan their daily weight-loss efforts, taking up a responsible approach. They always enjoy the routine that gives them a sense of achievement. Workouts that require endurance, patience, and precision are best suited to them as they are not looking for an easy overnight success. They should opt for running early in the morning along with weight training in gym and a combination of yoga, pilates and band exercises. Also, they should count their calorie intake. Consuming more organic food and omitting sweets, rich and heavy foods, spicy foods and chocolates will help them.
