Jawan injured in landmine blast

An army jawan was injured in alandmine blast along the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu andKashmir's Poonch district, a defence spokesman said today.

Lance Naik N K Dayaram was injured in the blast yesterdaywhen he stepped on the mine at Bhimber Gali forward area ofthe district, defence spokesman S N Acharya said.

Dayaram has been now shifted to the Rajouri Militaryhospital.
