A local BSP leader was shot dead in village Karili in Bakhira area here over an old enmity, police said today.
Rajudas (30) was shot dead last night by Ramji Yadav, an army man, when he was going somewhere on his motorbike, they said.
A man hunt has been launched to arrest the accused, who managed to fled from the scene after the incident, Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Praddyum Singh said.
