KOLKATA:  The West Bengal BJP on Friday scoffed at the Trinamool Congress demonstration outside the Parliament, against Union MoS Sadhvi Niranjan, in which disgraced TMC MP Tapas Pal was also present. State BJP president Rahul Sinha said, “The TMC demonstration outside Parliament has become the butt of ridicule, as Pal was present. Sadhvi had apologised in both the Houses of Parliament and even the Prime Minister had made a statement. But no action was taken against Pal’s dirty speeches. Rather, the West Bengal Chief Minister is still trying to shield him.”  Sinha also condemned Mamata’s language recently at public function and sarcastically remarked, “Now she is spreading bamboo culture in the state.  Pal shot into controversy in July had said,   “I will send my boys who will rape CPM women supporters,” he had said.
