The Delhi cabinet Monday cleared the Jan Lokpal Bill, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said.
Chief Minister's office is included under the purview of the landmark Bill.
The government said it will pass the bill at a special assembly session at the Indira Gandhi stadium here.
Education Minister Manish Sisodia had earlier said the government will convene a special Assembly session at the Indira Gandhi Stadium to pass the Jan Lokpal Bill on February 16.
Kejriwal congratulated the people of Delhi.

Kejriwal had earlier announced that the bill would be passed at the Ramlila Maidan - a sprawling ground in the heart of the city.
The bill was placed before the cabinet on January 31.
