Uproar Over Rail Budget Rocks Parliament, LS, RS Adjourned

NEW DELHI: Ruckus erupted in both houses of the parliament on Wednesday after Trinamool Congress MPs along with the members of other opposition parties staged protest alleging discrimination against some states in the Railway Budget.

Both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha adjourned till 12.00 after opposition members created uproar.

The animosity between the BJP and TMC members over the Rail Budget had led to ugly scenes and a near-scuffle inside the Lok Sabha on Tuesday, with entire second half witnessing continuous disruption of the proceedings.
