NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Thursday asked the association of private self-financing medical colleges in Kerala to follow the same fee structure and formula of seat-sharing in accordance with the state government’s policy.

A three-judge Bench headed by Justice H L Dattu passed the order after the counsel appearing for the medical college associations said that an agreement has been made between the state  government and the colleges and the admission process will abide by it and they are ready to withdraw the application.
