I Have Vacated Official Bungalow: Jaipal Reddy

Former Union Minister S Jaipal Reddy has vacated the official bungalow given to him as minister here and has relocated to Hyderabad.

NEW DELHI: Former Union Minister S Jaipal Reddy has vacated the official bungalow given to him as minister here and has relocated to Hyderabad.

"I have vacated my official accomodation five days ago. I do not own a plot or flat in Delhi despite having been Urban Development Minister. I have already shifted to Hyderabad," Reddy said.

The name of Reddy, a senior Congress leader, figured in a government reply in Parliament in whcih it said 16 former ministers of UPA government are staying unauthorised in government bungalows for over a month now and have been served eviction notices.
