India Thursday welcomed a US court dismissing visa fraud charges against senior diplomat Devyani Khobragade, whose arrest and strip-search had triggered a bitter diplomatic row between the two countries, and said it hoped to see further progress in the matter.
"We welcome this ruling, which dismisses the January 9 indictment against Khobragade and vacates any arrest warrant in the existing case.
