Police has registered a case against a man for allegedly raping a married woman at her residence in Dabua colony here and blackmailing her with a video of the gruesome act.
The accused Mukesh, allegedly mixed sleeping pills in a cup of tea and fed the victim, when her husband was not at home, following which he raped her and made the video, police said today.
Mukesh then forced the victim into having sexual relations with him after threatening to release the video on the internet.
The woman narrated her ordeal to her husband and lodged a police complaint against Mukesh.
The woman, married with four kids, runs a drilling machine workshop at her home in Dabua colony here and Mukesh has been working there for the last four years.
