CPM Ridicules Didi's 'Nexus With BJP' Jibe

The CPM-led Opposition in West Bengal has flayed CM Mamata Banerjee’s recent remark on an alleged “Congress-BJP-CPM” syndicate in the state and instead put a question mark over the Trinamool Congress(TMC)  chief’s state of mind and her agenda.

West Bengal INTUC chief and Congress RS MP Pradip Bhattacharya said, “She always has been talking nonsense. She has now realised that she stood exposed before the people with her false promises, which she could not deliver. She is trying to woo the Muslim voters though she had done nothing for the development of either the Muslims or even the Hindus.”

He pointed out that Mamata was now talking about the BJP being a party, which had triggered communal riots. “It was she who had joined hands with the BJP as part of the NDA Govt. With her false promises, she is again trying to dupe people here,” Bhattacharya said.
