Jaipur Development Authority removed encroachments, including part of an ashram of self-styled godman Asaram Bapu, from a government land at Goner road here.
The land was encroached for Asaram Bapu's ashram and a team today removed the portion of the ashram from the land, official sources said.
The authority had sealed the Ashram last week, they said.
The controversial godman is lodged at Central Jail Jodhpur on charges of sexually assaulting a minor girl.
