LUCKNOW: Three members of a family were killed and two others injured after being hit by a mini-truck in Para area here when they were returning after cremation of a relative, police said.
Ashish (32), his wife Ranjana (28) and son Krishna (3) were killed while crossing the ring road last night. Ashish's father Ram Kishore and uncle Radhey Shyam were injured in the accident, police said.
The truck driver fled leaving his vehicle behind. The victims were returning after cremation of a relative.
