Fire breaks out in Dalgate in J-K, no casualties reported so far

SRINAGAR: A fire broke out today in a locality in Dalgate area here, engulfing at least eight residential houses, officials said.

There is no report of any casualty so far, an official of the Fire and Emergency Services said.

The fire broke out in a house in Buchwara area of Dalgate this morning and quickly spread to adjoining houses, he said.

Fire tenders have been rushed to the spot to bring the situation under control, he said adding the cause of fire was not known yet.
