Three Uttar Pradesh girls die after slipping into flood waters when they went to relieve themselves

GORAKHPUR: Three teenage girls today died after they slipped into flood waters when they had gone to relieve themselves in Ranapar village in the Jhangaha area here, police said.     

"Suhani (10), Reeti (11) and Nikki (12) had gone to relieve themselves in the morning and they suddenly slipped and fell into flood waters," in-charge of the Jhangaha police station Sunil Singh said.     

Their bodies were fished out by an NDRF team, police said, adding that they were taken to a primary health centre where the doctors declared them as brought dead, police said.
