CHANDIGARH: Haryana State Vigilance Bureau has caught Anil Kumar, Tehsildar posted at Pehowa in Kurukshetra red-handed while accepting an illegal gratification of Rs 20,000 from the complainant Jai Bhagwan, a resident of Kurukshetra in lieu of division of Khewat in favour of the complainant.
A case has been registered against the accused under section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 at the Bureau’s Police Station in Ambala.
