PUDUCHERRY: Lt Governor Kiran Bedi today said the results of the Uttar Pradesh assembly polls showed that the state 'has risen above caste, colour and creed."
In a message on her Twitter handle, she said 'UP with Uttarakhand can transform India' and that `development trends are ahead and no day should be wasted now`.
She also tweeted 'we salute UP'.
