BSF trooper among 3 killed in Haryana firing; 30 booked

The police are investigating the fracas and the shooting and have rounded up some persons for questioning.

CHANDIGARH:A BSF jawan and a union leader were among three people shot dead at Sheikhpura village near Hisar in Haryana, due to a clash between two groups. On Monday, an argument broke out between two rival groups, and one group opened fire at the other.

In the firing, a BSF jawan who had come home on holidays died along with a trade union leader and one more person. Two others were seriously injured.

Deputy superintendent of police of Hansi , Narender Kadiyan, said on Tuesday that a case had been registered  against some thirty people and the police were investigating the matter. Around seven people had been rounded up for questioning.
