MP doctor lands in trouble after a video of him boasting about having killed two goes viral

BHOPAL: A government doctor in Datia district of Madhya Pradesh, who boasted about having executed two sensational killings with friends during his medical college days, over a video which has gone viral over social media, has been issued a notice by the police.

The Datia district police have issued notice to Dr Hemant Mandelia (presently posted at the Datia district hospital). In the video, the middle-aged doctor is seen boasting about having executed two killings with Dr Akhand Pratap Singh and Dr Vijay Mansooria while studying at the Gwalior Medical College.

"The Datia Kotwali has summoned on Tuesday the concerned doctor Dr Hemant Mandelia, presently posted at the Datia district hospital for recording his statements, but he is yet to cooperate with us," Datia superintendent of police Irshad Wali told the New Indian Express over phone.

The doctor boasts in the video that two men were shot dead in Gwalior's Hazira area and Shinde Ki Chhavni-Vivek Canteen by him and his two friends.

The doctor further says in the video that out of his two friends, who were with him in executing the two killings, Dr Akhand Pratap Singh is a pediatrician in Ratlam (MP), while Dr Vijay Mansooria is working in Delhi presently.
