CBSE declares UGC NET 2018 results

NEW DELHi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Tuesday declared the 7th University Grants Commission's National Eligibility Test (NET) 2018 examination result which is available on cbsenet.nic.in or cbseresults.nic.in.

The exam for Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship was conducted in online mode on July 8, 2018 across 91 cities in the country.

For this year's exam, around 11.48 lakh candidates took the NET which was conducted in 84 different subjects.

The number was the largest among the past examination of UGC NET.

As per the UGC policy, 6 per cent of those candidates who appear in both the papers and obtain minimum qualifying marks in aggregate of both papers are declared NET qualified.

The certificates to the qualified candidates will be issued by UGC.
