New Delhi, Dec 7 (PTI) Senior IAS officer J K Dadoo, whowas serving as additional secretary in the Union commerce andindustry ministry, has been prematurely repatriated to hisparent cadre, according to a government order today.
The competent authority has sanctioned the prematurerepatriation of Dadoo, a 1983-batch IAS of Union Territorycadre, to his parent cadre, it said.
Dadoo was serving as additional secretary and financialadviser, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
In a separate order, the government said Manoj KumarSingh, a 2009-batch IAS officer from Bihar cadre, has beenappointed as private secretary to R K Singh, the UnionMinister of State (Independent Charge) for Power and New andRenewable Energy.
Singh has been appointed at the level of under secretaryon co-terminus basis with effect from the date of assumptionfor a period of five years or until further orders whicheveris earlier, it said. PTI ABSSMN.
