(Eds: Adds full name of Bangladesh Army chief)New Delhi, Dec 7 (PTI) Army chief General Bipin Rawattoday held extensive talks with his Bangladeshi counterpartAbu Belal Muhammad Shafiul Huq on ways to further deepen thecooperation between the armed forces of the two countries.
They deliberated on enhancing cooperation in ensuringadequate cooperation between security forces of the twocountries, guarding the India-Bangladesh border, officialsources here said.
A number of key issues related to defence and securitywere discussed in the meeting, they said.
They also discussed issues of mutual concern, a seniorArmy official said.
