people: ECJaipur, Dec 7 (PTI) Election Commissioner Sunil Aroratoday said that governments should make policies while keepingin mind their duty towards people.

Speaking at an oration programme here, Arora said thatthe country's rating by the World Bank and Moody's have beenimproved but despite that "the ground reality should not beignored".

He said that the policy of welfare should be implementedand the governments should "make policies while keeping theirduty towards people in mind".
