Gurgaon, Dec 7 (PTI) In a suspected case of road rage,two men attacked two cousin brothers, killing one of them andgrievously injuring another, in posh New Colony area ofGurgaon, police said today.

Police said Surender (35) and his cousin brother Ravi,natives of Pratapgarh in Uttar Pradesh, were walking in thecolony around 9.45 pm yesterday when a man riding a motorbikeallegedly started abusing them.

And when they objected to the biker using abusivelanguage, he called his accomplice and "the duo attacked uswith bricks and stones", Ravi told police.

A passerby informed the police after seeing the brotherslying on road injured, a senior police officer said.

They were taken to a nearby private hospital whereSurender died, the police officer said.

"A case of murder, attempt to murder and criminalconspiracy against two unidentified persons has beenregistered at New Colony police station and a hunt is on tonab the culprits. We have scanned CCTVs installed at a fuelstation nearby to establish their identities," Gurgaon PolicePRO Ravinder Kumar said. PTI CORRSMN.
