Kolhapur (Mah), Dec 11 (PTI) Noted Marathi filmmakerSumitra Bhave will be honoured with the Kalamaharshi BaburaoPainter Sanman, instituted by the Kolhapur International FilmFestival (KIFF).
The director will receive the award during the inauguralceremony, to be held here on December 14, festival'sorganising committee acting president Chandrakant Joshi toldreporters here.
Renowned art director Nitin Desai will be awarded withthe Chitratantramahrshi Aanandrao Painter Sanman on December21 at the closing ceremony of the festival, Joshi added.
The KIFF will be inaugurated by well-known filmmakerSubhash Ghai.
