Allahabad, Dec 13 (PTI) President Ram Nath Kovind wouldbe the chief guest at the 14th annual convocation of MotilalNehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT) to be held hereon Friday.
Uttar Pradesh Governor Ram Naik and Chief Minister YogiAdityanath would be the guest of honors, said Professor RajeevTripathi, Director MNNIT, while addressing the pre-convocationpress meet today.
"MNNIT has created a coveted niche for itself in thefield of education, research, industry-institute interface atlarge," he said.
In the last academic year, MNNIT had organized sevenInternational Conferrences and 18 patents were filed, headded.
Professor Ramesh Tripathi, Dean Academics, said thataround 655 recipients, including 875 BTech, 337 MTech, 90 MCAand 78 PhD scholars will receive the degrees in variousdisciplines at the convocation on December 15. PTI RAJRCJ.
