New Delhi, Dec 15 (PTI) A phone call claiming that a bombwas planted in the upscale Khan Market in south Delhitriggered panic in the area today, prompting a rush of bomband dog squads to the spot.

Security officials were sent into a tizzy when a personcalled up the police control room around 6:40 am and claimed abomb had been planted in the market in the heart of thecapital, police said.

Bomb and dog squads were rushed to the area. Nosuspicious item was found during checking, they added.
