New Delhi, Dec 17 (PTI) The body of an unidentified manwas today found in a drain in northeast Delhi's Welcomecolony, the police said.
The body is yet to be identified, they said.
The body of a man, aged between 25 and 30 years, wasfound in a plastic bag during a cleaning work, the policesaid.
"Some people were cleaning the drain when they spotted abag floating in the drain. They then informed the police," asenior police officer said.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (northeast) Ajit KumarSingla said they have registered a case of murder and havelaunched a probe in the matter.
Police also said that some parts of the body weremissing. PTI SLBDIP.
