New Delhi, Dec 20 (PTI) Delhi Lt Governor Anil Baijaltoday held a meeting with Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal andCabinet ministers and discussed various infrastructuralprojects in the national capital.

The better coordination between various agencies werealso discussed at the meeting.

"Had a meeting with CM @ArvindKejriwal and otherMinisters. Discussed steps for better coordination b/w variousauthorities for maintenance of roads, electrification,purchase and utilisation of equipments, restoring dug up roadsand utilisation of land to meet infra needs (sic)," Baijaltweeted.

Minutes after Baijal's tweet, Kejriwal thanked him forthe initiative and highlighted the need to work jointly forthe development of the city.

"Thank u sir (Baijal). We all need to work together toimprove Delhi," Kejriwal tweeted.

In the past, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government hashad regular differences with the L-G office over variousissues ranging from bypassing the ministers over importantdecisions to appointment of officers and movement of filesrelated with several development projects.

Earlier in November, Kejriwal had accused Baijal of"disrupting an elected government by encouraging officers notto show files to ministers".

His remarks against Baijal had come after files relatedto teachers were allegedly not shown to education ministerManish Sisodia. PTI BUN ASKASK.
