Etah (UP) Nov 14 (PTI) BJP MP Sakshi Maharaj todayescaped unhurt after his SUV was hit by a milk tanker in theKotwali police station area here this morning, police said.
The BJP MP was on way to his ashram in Udetpur villagefrom Delhi when his car, while taking a turn to Shikohabadroad from the main GT Road, was hit by the tanker coming fromthe wrong direction, they said.
Though the MP from Unnao escaped unhurt, two motorcycle-borne men, who were passing by, suffered injuries, they added.
The MP's car was also damaged in the front, police said.
The driver of the tanker was taken into custody and wasbeing questioned, they said.
