Los Angeles, Nov 14 (PTI) Actor Zendaya will star in thefilm "A White Lie", about Vassar College's first Blackgraduate, Anita Hemmings.
The "Spider-Man: Homecoming" star will portray the roleof Hemmings in the film, which she will produce along withactor Reese Witherspoon and Lauren Neustadter, reportedVariety.
An official adaptation of the Karin Tanabe's book "TheGilded Years", the story is about Hemmings, who passed aswhite until just a few short weeks before graduation, when herroommate began digging into her past.
The script of the film will be penned by Monica Beletsky.
