Tiruchirappalli, Oct 13 (PTI) A complaint was lodged onthe alleged sale of old door frames by the management of thSri Rangam Sri Ranganathaswamy temple near here, police said.
The frames are considered significant for theirsculptural and antique value, police said.
The complainant Rangarajan said more than 50 kalasams ofthe temple towers which were removed during the renovationwere also missing.
Police said action would be taken against the temple afterinvestigation. PTI CORR SSNRC.
