Simdega (Jharkhand), Oct 13 (PTI) The police todayarrested three ultras of the People's Liberation Front ofIndia (PLFI) in connection with the killing of BJP leaderManoj Nageshia.
Superintendent of Police of Simdega, Rajeev RanjanSingh said three PLFI activists identified as SheetalKundalana, Loren Samad Lurgi and Anup Topno were arrested bythe Special Investigation Team (SIT) set up to investigate thekilling of Nageshia.
Singh said the firearm and a magazine used in thekilling of Nageshia was recovered from the possession of thethree arrested PLFI ultras.
Two motorcycles, nine mobile phones, PLFI leaflets,four live cartridges including two of 9mm bore pistol werealso seized from their possession, the SP said.
Singh said PLFI 'area commander' Vijay Daang aliasVijay Tiger, had hatched the conspiracy with his associates inPatiamba jungle to eliminate the BJP leader.
