Muzaffarnagar (UP), Oct 13 (PTI) A court here hassentenced a man and his brother-in-law to life imprisonmentfor the murder of his brother in 2008.
Additional district sessions judge Abhimanyu also imposeda fine of Rs 10,000 on each of them after holding them guiltyunder IPC sections 302 (punishment of murder) and 120-B(punishment of criminal conspiracy) last evening.
According to the prosecution lawyer, 22-year-old Sajidwas murdered by his brother Wajid and brother-in-law Naeemwith a sharp-edged weapon over some land dispute at Tawlivillage in the district. PTI CORR MGSMN.
