New Delhi, Oct 23 (PTI) Chevon Agrotech, an integratedfrozen food company, today said it has got funding fromSingapore-based Greenfield Advisory to develop new productsand expansion.
Chevon Agrotech Pvt Ltd has received its latest round offunding from Greenfield Advisory with a significant million-dollar investment value, the company said, but did notdisclose the amount it has raised.
Chevon would part of the fund to expand its seniormanagement team and develop new products.
"With plans to enhance its reach to all major markets inIndia, the company will also utilise the funds to launchmarketing campaigns, ramp up distribution and drive itsinternational foray in the Middle East and South-East Asianmarkets," the statement said.
Chevon Agrotech is a leader in the goat meat segment withsolely-owned livestock farms & processing facilities in thecountry. The company has two main brands of goat meatproducts, namely Chevon and KUZO.
Founded in 2011 by Rizwan Thakur, Chevon Agrotech offersa range of products in the goat meat segment. Its livestockfarms is located in Solapur, Maharashtra. PTI MJHMKJ.
