Imphal, October 27 (PTI) A powerful improvisedexplosive device weighing more than three kg was found thismorning by 26 Assam Rifles personnel from beneath a culvert inManipur's Thoubal district.
Police said the bomb was founa along Heirok - Khanarokroad.
