Chelsea Crowned New EPL Champions, For 4th Time

It's all over in England! The title race comes to an end! A 1-0 win over Crystal Palace crowned Chelsea the 2014-15 English Premier League champions after five long years.

Chelsea's best player made the breakthrough. A terrible penalty from Eden hazard which he converted into the winning goal when Palace goalkeeper conned it into the air and Hazard headed the rebound into the bottom-left corner.

Jose Mourinho, who brought the Blues on the top flight with their first ever title in 50 years in 2004, once again proved that his dominance hasn't faded yet. The manager, who is probably the most criticized for his aggressiveness and harsh words, earlier said that in the moment he is much more happy for the young players of the club than for himself because they have not won it before.
