BERLIN: German champions Bayern Munich's reserve goalkeeper Pepe Reina has been suspended for two games by the Tribunal of the German Football Federation after being sent off during Saturday's clash against Augsburg in the Bundesliga.

Reina, 32, was sent off in the 13th minute during Saturday's game, which ended in a 0-1 loss for Bayern, reports Efe.

The suspension means the Spanish goalkeeper won't appear in the 2014-2015 league season, since there are only two games left in the domestic tournament.
