Former FIFA secretary general Jerome Valcke is appealing against a 10-year ban from soccer for unethical conduct.

LAUSANNE: Former FIFA secretary general Jerome Valcke, under investigation in a Swiss criminal corruption probe relating to the sale of World Cup media rights, "disputes all allegations", his lawyer told AFP on Thursday.

"Mr. Valcke left the Swiss attorney general's offices where he was heard all day. He came out free, there is no coercive measure against him nor any bail payment," his lawyer Stephane Ceccaldi told AFP.
