Keshav’s unbeaten fifty hands Prahlad CC easy win

CHENNAI: Keshav Krishna’s unbeaten 52-ball 70 helped Prahlad CC A beat Gurunanak College A by seven wickets in the 48th All-India YSCA Trophy on Saturday.
Four outstation teams — Spericorn Kids (Trivandrum), IOC (Mumbai), Vijaya Bank (Bengaluru) and BPCL (Mumbai) — will be seen in action at the Super League qualifying round, to be played on June 19 and 20.

Super League matches will be played from June 21 to 23.
Many prominent state and zonal cricketers like Deepak Hooda, Pinal Shah, KC Cariappa, Dhawal Kulkarni, CM Gowtham, Rajesh Pawar, Armaan Jaffer, Avesh Khan will be seen in action. The semifinals will be played at Murugappa grounds on June 24 and the final will be played on June 25 at MA Chidambaram Stadium.

Dhanush shines
G Dhanush scored 27 points to help Thiruvallur beat Erode 59-35 in the boys quarterfinals of the Tamil Nadu state U-16 basketball championship played at Coimbatore.
