Government holds meet with all 12 unions

Around 12 employee unions, including three from Telangana, attended a meeting on the government employees’ health card issue at the Secretariat on Friday.

The parameters of issuing the health cards, alternate ID proof and other related issues were discussed during the meeting.

Expressing satisfaction over the meeting, the Telangana Gazetted Officers Association president Srinivas Goud said they are expecting a good policy on health cards soon.

Earlier, the government was critised for holding the meeting with selected employee unions only.
