The High Court on Friday made it clear that the results of the elections to the District Central Cooperative Banks (DCCBs) would be subject to the final outcome of the petitions challenging the stay granted by the state government on elections to several Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies (PACS) in the state.
Dealing with a batch of petitions, justice R Subhash Reddy asked the advocategeneral to explain the reasons for staying the elections where directors of the board were elected unanimously, and adjourned the hearing to Monday.
