Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) supremo K Chandrasekhar Rao has decided not to celebrate his birthday on February 17 to sympathise with the families of youth, who committed suicide for the T-cause.
Rao also called upon his party cadres not to make any arrangements on Sunday, when he turns 60.
