Rainwater damages SVU records

Several important academic records and documents have been damaged with rainwater entering the ground floor of the administrative building of Sri Venkateswara University (SVU) due to the heavy rain that lashed the town Saturday night. The staff were shocked to see the records sodden with water when they came to office Monday. The damaged record included hall tickets, OMR sheets and application forms. But they confirmed the evaluation process and scheduled examinations will not be affected as the answer sheets and question papers were safe.
