The YSR Congress on Monday lodged a complaint with the Nellore IV Town police station against Goa Lokayukta Justice B Sudarshan Reddy for his alleged derogatory comments over the Seemandhra agitation at the All India Telangana Writers Forum (AITWF) on Sunday.
The party urged police to register cases against Justice B Sudarshan Reddy under various sections of the IPC including 120-B, 153 and others.
Speaking outside the police station, Nellore rural party incharge Kotam Reddy Sridhar Reddy, who lodged the complaint said that the lokayuta threatened the Seemandra people with Mahabharata-like bitter experiences if they go ahead with the Samaikyandhra movement.
Sridhar Reddy said that if the police failed to register the case, he would lodge a complaint with the President of India and file a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) in the Apex court.
