V Vijay Sai Reddy, auditor of YSRC chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and the second accused in all the cases booked by the CBI against the latter and N Sunil Reddy, seventh accused in Emaar Properties land deal case, on Wednesday moved the special CBI court for bail. The matter has been posted to September 27.
After Jagan was granted bail on September 23 four more accused, including Vijay Sai Reddy and Sunil Reddy have filed bail applications in the court. Vijay Sai Reddy in his bail application stated that as the CBI has submitted in the court that it has completed its investigation and hence keeping him in jail will be of no use.
