Minor irrigation minister TG Venkatesh has said that the Telangana state process could be stopped with the success of the proposed massive dharna with 10 lakh people in Delhi during the Parliament session in December.
Speaking to reporters at the Secretariat here on Friday, the minister said that they would organise the dharna with 10 lakh people in Delhi during the winter session of the Parliament.
